The Hotels Consulting Company enables independent hotel owners to optimize their operating income before tax by providing assistance fit for the largest hotel chains, and hit two main targets:

1. Optimise their cost/charge centres (Payroll, operating charges…).
2. Maximize their turnover (direct and indirect sales in all segments).

We offer our partner hotels advice and assistance from senior specialists (at least 15 years experience) with in-depth expertise in hotel operations and management in these Segments / Channels:

Our process and code of conduct

We provide all our partners with services tailored to their specific needs. Thus, we make a point of meeting hotel management to determine their goals and core concerns, to enable our independent consultants to suitably address them.

Conduct a flash audit focusing on four main areas (sales, management, operations, finances) before undertaking any support mission or action. The audit costs are included in our Fees. It is an inventory, a clear picture of the situation at the time we are called in.

Next, we lay out a specific action plan, which will serve as our consultants’ roadmap. However the hotelier can implement the action plan on his own without full assistance, or have a consultant (s) on hand to walk him through the implementation process.

Throughout his mission, the consultant will be bound by a contractual obligation to deliver results and means, he will submit a comprehensive monthly report (activities and results). In addition, our board will conduct a quarterly review of the mission. And at the end of the mission, we will request a review from the hotel, which will be presented to all hotels interested in consultant services
