R-EVOLUTION IN THE WORLD OF THE INDEPENDENT CHARM HOTELS

Hotels de Charme et de Caractère – HCC-  Brand and French hotel chain, with more than 260 hotels in more than 60 countries-present on the US market in New York, Easton & New Orleans- has taken a major step in its deployment.

In order to do this, a totally innovative partnership in the world of Hospitality has just been established with the international platform of hotel consulting : The Hotels Consulting Company – Boston & EMEATHCC

THCC is the first confidential & international platform of independent consultants and freelancers (Hotels Owners & Decision maker) in the hotel industry. Established in 2012, since 2014 its growth is at least two digits per year. Each year more than 180 hotels worldwide use the services of its specialist consultants in the EMEA, USA, CIS, GCC and Asia areas and provide actions and advice in the following departments:
– Management & Operations
– Sales & (E-)Marketing –Yield/Revenue Management – Distribution OLTAs
– Accounting & Financial
– F&B & HR

An Innovative Two-Axis Partnership:

1. HCC has forged a partnership allowing all its members to access innovative, customized and tailored actions (in the areas of Operations, Management, Sales & Marketing, Yield).
2. This consulting platform is already working with some 180 hotels that are most likely to join HCC.

An unknown economic model in the world of voluntary Hotels chains:

Whereas conventional hotel groups offer globalized and generalized services, hence fixed costs and demanding contracts; HCC via THCC has decided to offer tailored outsourced services, but also tailored costs; Initially based in Switzerland, USA and Europe, the consulting platform will offer these services from its EMEA headquarters now in Paris. HCC will therefore not have the conventional constraints (legal, financial, etc.) of the conventional voluntary chains.

The “Toolbox” and “Swiss Army Knife” Formula:

The external consultants specializing in THCC will respond to the personalized demands of HCC hotels members, thus saving them significant internal costs (salaries, etc.) by offering them many advantages (guarantees of results, etc.).
